Shipping & Delivery Details

1. Delivery Charge:
Inside Dhaka Metro: BDT 70 (Up to 1kg).
Outside Dhaka Metro: BDT 150 (Up to 1kg).
Note: The delivery charge might vary due to product size, quantity and delivery location.

2. Delivery Time:
   The estimated time of delivery for Order inside Dhaka city up to 3 Working days & for Outside Dhaka up to 5 working days.
   
   Note:

• Any order placed after 11 am will be considered as order of next business day, not on the same day. 
• Business Day: Sunday to Thursday except for public holidays.
• Products ordered between 11 am Thursday to 11 am Sunday will be handed over to RedeX for delivery on Sunday. 
• Delivery might be delayed due to the unavailability of the product or delay from the 3rd Party Delivery Service.

You can claim the full refund for the delivery charge if the order is not delivered within the committed timeline. (Only Applicable for out of Dhaka Delivery)

3. Self-Pick Option:

Self-Pick Option with Xen-Z directly enable you to shop in a way that suits you. You can collect most orders from Xen-Z Office, so you can pick the product directly from us after 1 hour of ordering (Sunday to Thursday) excluding public holidays, it’s a great option if you want your order quickly, however, we will keep your order at the collection point for 2 Days if you can’t make it to the pick-up point right away.

Terms & conditions

• If you order by 3 pm (Sunday to Thursday), you can collect it from our office in 1-hour same day (excluding public holidays) or on your chosen day. But if the order is placed after 3 pm on a Thursday, you can collect it after 10 am on Sunday (excluding public holidays).
• This offer is valid only for the customers who’ll make full payment Online.

Note:  Timings may vary based on the stock of the product.

Please bring proof of ID and a copy of your confirmation email when you collect your order. We will hold any products in our office for a maximum of 2 days. Orders not picked up within 2 days will be returned and you will be refunded automatically within 6 working Days (Online Payment).

4. Delivery Coverage:

You will get the home delivery facility in the city areas. If it is an urban area then you need to collect the product from the pickup point. If courier service has coverage in your area, they might try to deliver it to your nearest location.

We are providing delivery outside Dhaka through courier service. Currently, we are using RedX courier. They are providing home delivery within their coverage area. They provide pickup point delivery where their coverage is not available.

5. International Delivery:
   Xen-Z currently doesn’t deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within Bangladesh.
6. Change Payment Mode:
   You cannot suddenly change the payment mode from COD to BKash and pay through bKash while receiving the delivery. If you want to make the payment through bKash then you have to make the payment first while placing the order, then we can process the delivery.
7. Product Checking:

You have to make the payment first. Then delivery rider will allow you to unbox the product. You can check the product in front of the delivery rider. If you have any objection about the product, you can contact us directly and make an appointment for returning the product.
Note: No objection will be accepted once the delivery man departs from your location. 

8. Change Shipping/Delivery Address:

You can change the shipping address if the order is not out for delivery yet. If the order is already out for delivery and you want to change the shipping address, then it will be returned to us and then we can change the shipping address. But the extra carrying charge will be added to your bill amount. 

9. If Unable to Receive Product:
   If you cannot receive the delivery on time then the product will be returned back to us. Then we will again send the product if you want to take it. But the extra carrying charge will be added to your bill amount. In case of Delivery Outside Dhaka, the advance delivery amount will not be refunded for returned products.
